IFS Informed Consultation & Supervision:

I offer one-time or ongoing IFS-guided professional consultation for therapists, IFS practitioners, and other healing arts professionals, including psychedelic facilitators, to gain guidance, support and perspective on clinical cases. Together we create a Self-led space for you understand to your own system and the reactions and experiences of your parts in response to what you encounter in working with your clients. Our work can bring clarity about anything that may block your ability to stay in connection to Self within the presence of your client(s) and can assist you in releasing these blocks.

In addition, we explore many aspects of clinical work including clinical formulation, transference and countertransference, boundaries, crisis management, self-care, social justice issues, cultural competency, professional development, etc. As a trauma-informed therapist, I work to meet the needs of clients across the trauma spectrum. Although Internal Family Systems is my primary orientation, I draw from many theoretical frameworks. Please see more info about my approach here: My Approach

I have experience providing consultation on, as well as lived experience with, the following topics:

  • Transgenerational trauma and healing ancestral, legacy and cultural burdens using IFS

  • Compassionate release of Unattached Burdens and connection to healing/helping Guides and ancestors

  • Psychedelic/Entheogenic Preparation and Integration

Group Consultation

Group consultation meetings are structured around clinical case presentations and provide an excellent opportunity to learn together with other colleagues, deepen your psychosocial assessment, apply IFS skills, identify and work with your own parts that are activated by countertransference, and strengthen your capacity to stay connected to Self. Group size is limited to 6 clinicians max.

(Consultation hours do not currently apply towards certification with IFSI).

Supervision

I am a Washington state approved clinical supervisor. As an LMFT, I can provide clinical supervision towards licensure in WA for pre-licensed LMFTAs and LMHCAs. I offer one-on-one (or one-on-two) or group supervision (up to 6 supervisees). Please inquire for openings.

I can provide consultation to clients in any region or country.

Everybody wakes up together.

It’s hard to wake up alone now. It’s scary to see even what is going on.

But there is almost no limit, I’ve come to believe,

to what we can do with the love and support of each other.

There is almost no limit to what we can do for the sake of each other.

This taps into the Bodhisattva heart.

That’s that hero figure of Mahayana Buddhism, “the one with the boundless heart.”

The one who realizes there is no private salvation.

If you are going to wake up, you have to wake up together.

Never has that been more true than now, at this stage of late stage corporate capitalism.
