Psychedelic experiences have the power to heal psychological and spiritual wounds
Preparation and integration of the journey can make all the difference

Non-ordinary states of consciousness (NOSCs) offer portals into the body-mind-spirit interface. The potential of psychedelics to open these portals and support healing and transformation is profound.
Preparation and post-journey integration work with a skilled and supportive guide can help us access the full potential of NOSCs to transform our perceptions of ourselves, our relationships, our world, and our experience of the Great Mystery (Spirit, God, Universe, the Divine…). Without support and guidance, psychedelic experiences can create the opposite of integration— fragmentation, polarization, exiling, and disintegration of psychological systems.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) offers a powerful map for tracking one’s own internal system/parts and working with the intrapsychic material that gets activated during NOSCs. IFS allows us to assess and address the fears and concerns of protective parts of the psyche prior to the journey, reducing the potential of backlash. In addition, tending to any parts of the psyche that react to or interact with the content of the NOSCs both during and after the journey can support deep integration and completion. IFS can also support us in being able to identify and work with energies that we encounter in NOSCs that are not parts of us or do not belong to our internal system, including legacy and cultural burdens, spiritual Guides and healed ancestors, as well as burdened energies that we may encounter.
Despite the illegal status of most psychedelics, many people use psychedelics on their own. Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration (PHRI) holds the premise that medical providers have an ethical obligation to ensure that clients who use psychedelics will encounter the least amount of harm possible to their body, psyche, and Spirit. I have training in PHRI and support folks who are using psychedelics both legally and illegally. (I do not administer psychedelics nor provide psychedelic-assisted therapy, “sitting” during a journey. And while I work towards the legalization of all psychedelics, I cannot condone illegal acts.)
I am passionate about the power of non-ordinary states of consciousness, plant medicines/entheogens, and the intersection of spirituality, ecological consciousness, and psychedelic care. I have over 30+ years of personal experience with psychedelics, 15 years of membership in traditional-plant medicine community work, and over 10+ years experience supporting folks with an ecologically-integrated approach to psychedelic therapy for PTSD, end-of-life anxiety, and various mental health challenges.
I provide consultations & pre-and post-psychedelic support with a specialty in entheogens. I also offer collaborative care with legally prescribing Ketamine providers in WA. I only serve clients who are located in WA state.
I do not source or recommend guides, substances, or ceremonies.
Tragedy and trauma are not guarantees for a transformational spiritual experience…
but they are opportunities.
They are invitations to sit in the fire and allow it to transfigure us.
